San Francisco Bay Area | East Bay

If you head east across the San Francisco Bay, either on the Bay Bridge from SF or on the 92 from The Peninsula, you’ll find yourself in the East Bay. This is where you’ll find Oakland, the third largest city in the Bay Area, which is home to a couple of my favorite boutiques. Other cities you may know include Berkeley, Pleasanton and Walnut Creek. If you opt for public transportation, BART runs under the bay as well. If driving is on the agenda, I highly recommend traveling mid-day (around 10:30-3), as traffic can become quite a challenge.
