SoochieSan Francisco is in dire need of new shopping destinations, so this boutique is a welcome addition to the SF shopping scene. It opened in March of 2024, and founder, Suchandra, clearly has a trained eye. I’m sure it’s a combination of spending her formative years in Italy combined with her fashion resume here in the city.  Her buy is extremely wearable, from matching sets from Marrakshi Life to super unique reversible sweaters from Waste Yarn Project. It was SO refreshing to be in a shop where I wasn’t familiar with many of the brands and that there were quite a few items I could try on at size 18/20. I admired the stone pendants from Nathalie Mathoulin and some quirky, colorful earrings from Nikki Couppee. Although this boutique is 4 blocks from Union Square, I will make a point of visiting it when I’m downtown.
